Mr. Wang is one of Ninetowns' founders and has served as CEO since 1995. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Wang was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ninetowns Technology Co. Ltd., a company engaged in sales of computer hardware in China . From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Wang was the executive deputy general manager of Shenzhen Zhonglong Enterprise Corporation, a company engaged in import and export of agricultural products. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor degree in science from Beijing Institute of Technology, a master degree in optics engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology and an engineering qualification certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture of the PRC.
Mr. Ren has served as Ninetowns' President since January 2004. From 1995 to December 2003, Mr. Ren held various positions at Ninetowns, including vice president and senior vice president for sales and marketing. From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Ren served as the general manager of Beijing University Fangyuen Life Science Co. Ltd. and Tsingtao Minyi High Technology Co. Ltd, both companies were engaged in the software development business. Mr. Ren holds a bachelor degree in mathematics from Heilongjiang University and a master degree in computer science from the Computing Technologies Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Mr. Fork has served as Ninetowns' Chief Financial Officer since September 2002. Mr. Fork is also a non-executive director of China Conservational Power Holdings Limited, an environmental protection and conservation company. Prior to joining Ninetowns, Mr. Fork was the Qualified Accountant and Company Secretary of Zheda Lande Scitech Limited, a provider of telecommunications services, from 2001 to 2002. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fork was a senior manager of assurance and advisory services of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Fork holds a bachelor degree in Science from The University of Hong Kong and is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong.
Ms. Dong is one of Ninetowns' founders and has served as an SVP since 1995. Previously, Ms. Dong served as a lecturer at Central Finance and Economic University in China. Ms. Dong holds a bachelor degree and a master degree in law from China Politics and Law University.
