Mr. Zhang has served as a director since October 2003. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Zhang served as an executive director of Yew Sang Hong Holdings Limited, an electrical engineering contractor. Mr. Zhang was vice president of COSCO Group Limited, executive deputy chairman and president of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Limited, and chairman of COSCO (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited from 1996 to 1999. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Zhang served as executive director and president of China Merchants Group Limited, a conglomerate based in China that is engaged in the transportation and harbor operation businesses. He served as chairman of the board of directors of China Merchants Holdings International Company Limited from 1998 to 2000. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Zhang served as chairman of the board of directors of China Chengxin Securities Rating Co. Ltd., a company engaged in the credit rating business in the PRC. Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor degree in language and literature from Poznan University in Poland and a master degree in shipping from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom and the qualification certificate of a senior economist in shipping management conferred by the Ministry of Communications of the PRC.
Mr. Chen has served as a director since October 2003. Mr. Chen served as the general manager and the director of the Hong Kong Branch of the China Classification Society from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Chen also served as the deputy director of the Ship Inspection Bureau of the PRC and the vice-chairman of the China Classification Society and the China Classification Association, respectively, from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor degree in ship casting from Nanjing Shipping Institute.
Mr. Cheung is currently a director of Norstar Automobile Industrial Holding Limited, a position he has held since June 2008. He also currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Mascotte Holdings Limited and Hong Long Holdings Limited, both of which are companies with securities listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Cheung is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant of Australia. From March 2005 to June 2008, Mr. Cheung was a director at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Limited. From September 2002 to March 2005, Mr. Cheung was an executive vice president at Japan Asia Securities. From March 1994 to August 2002, Mr. Cheung was a vice president of Daiwa Securities. From August 1991 to March 1994, Mr. Cheung was a senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Cheung obtained a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong in 1991, a master's degree in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, in Perth, Australia in 1997 and a master's degree in Finance (Investment Management) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2001.
